BECAUSE NOTHING MAKES YOUR KITCHEN SMELL SO GOOD.

Last night, I baked a low-fat, vegan banana bread and it turned out to be the SHIZ.

Banana bread should be pretty firm on the top but still a little gooey on inside when you take it out the oven, I like to use a one of those little skewer thing to test it. If comes out really wet then you need more time (painful when your hungry & your entire place smells of banana bread I know)

my easy vegan banana bread

I used cashew milk because I find it to be the creamiest but almond/coconut/soy will work too. This recipe is sugar-free (by accident) I really don’t think you need sugar as the bananas are pretty sweet & I’ve used agave too, but if you want to add sugar knock yourself out. Enjoy!
