Creamy Avocado & Kiwi Energy Smoothie
Need a quick pick me up? Yesterday I created this energy boosting green smoothie for my breakfast. This thick, vitamin packed smoothie will keep you fuller for longer, making it a great meal replacement if you are trying to lose weight. The avocado gives the smoothie a delicious, creamy texture and I think it is now one of my favorite smoothie recipes!
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 ½ cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
