My Easy Kale Chips

After a few attempts I have now mastered Kale Chips! These are a great, low fat and high protein alternative to crisps and other unhealthy chips and are very easy to make.

Kale is a fantastic leafy green to incorporate into your diet as it provides the following vitamins and minerals;

• Fiber
• Protein
• Iron
• Magnesium
• Phosphorus
• Vitamins A, C, K, B6
• Calcium
• Potassium
• Copper
• Manganese
